Q: How to remove the plastic smell after unboxing? +
A: Our mats are made of eco-friendly, BPA-free PVC. A slight scent is normal when first opened. Simply wipe it with a damp cloth and leave it in a well-ventilated area for 24-48 hours, and the smell will completely disappear.
Q: Will the mat slide off my table? +
A: Not at all. The heavy-duty PVC material provides excellent grip. The Crystal Clear mat has a natural suction-like grip on smooth wood, while the Frosted mat relies on its weight and friction to stay firmly in place.
Q: Why is the mat slightly larger than the size I ordered? +
A: We intentionally cut the mat about 0.5 to 1 cm larger because PVC material may shrink slightly over time. This ensures you get a perfect fit after the "settling" period.
Q: How do I get the mat to lay flat quickly? +
A: There are four easy ways:
  • Use a hairdryer on a warm setting to soften the edges.
  • Place some heavy books on the curled edges for a day.
  • Soak it in warm water for a few minutes, then dry and flatten it.
  • Place the mat curled-side down in direct sunlight for a few hours hours. The natural warmth will soften the material, allowing it to flatten perfectly.
Q: Do you offer custom sizes for round or odd-shaped tables? +
A: Yes! We specialize in customization. For Round tables, simply choose the diameter you need. For Rectangle/Square tables, provide your length and width. If you have a specific shape (like oval), please contact our support team.
