1. Return Eligibility

  • Time Frame: You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return for eligible items.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all protective films/tags attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are exempt from being returned:

  • Custom or Made-to-Order Products: Protector mats cut to a specific custom size provided by the customer.

  • Used Products: Items that have been used or altered and cannot be resold.

  • Clearance Items: Final sale items clearly marked at the time of purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Contact Us – Email our support team at support@aimhave.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Step 2: Authorization – Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return shipping address (typically our nearest US-based warehouse).

  • Step 3: Shipping – Package the item securely. Write the RMA number clearly on the package and include your order confirmation inside.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).

  • Original Shipping: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable for non-defective returns.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days.

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or a full refund/replacement at no additional cost. Please provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for our records.
