At AimHave, we are committed to delivering our professional-grade protective mats to your home as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Origin

To ensure fast delivery across the United States, we maintain a robust inventory in our US-based warehouses. Depending on your shipping address, your order will be dispatched from:

  • West Coast Hub: Cerritos, California (90703) – Serving Western US (CA, OR, WA, AZ, NV, etc.)

  • East Coast Hub: Passaic, New Jersey (07055) – Serving Eastern US (NY, NJ, PA, FL, etc.)

We continuously monitor stock levels at both locations to ensure timely fulfillment from our dedicated factory.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders with no minimum purchase required.

4. Order Tracking

Transparency is key. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package anytime via the link provided in the email. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days, please contact us at support@aimhave.com.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All prices displayed on AimHave are in USD. As we ship from our local US warehouses for domestic orders, there are no customs or import duties applied to shipments within the United States.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact us immediately at support@aimhave.com. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
